Hey friend, I'm Gen! I’m a mom to two wild, deeply feeling toddlers (no surprise there), a cat lady through and through, and a recovering government worker who ignored the warning signs of burnout for waaaaay too long. Years of toddler censorship have trained me well—but when I’m doing something I love, my passionate side typically comes out in the form of some well-placed swear words (don’t worry, I’ll rein it in for grandma).
I’m not built for autopilot. I’ve always been drawn to the deeper stuff—the quiet, in-between moments that say more than words ever could. I live for creating art that holds weight and actually means something, because not long ago, I felt like I’d lost that meaning myself.
I’m here to honour your story in a way that’s honest, artful, and with just the right amount of sarcasm (and maybe a little self-deprecating humour… I’m working on that in therapy).
